Hello. Another eventful Fall for us.
Andrew returnd to school.....and soon after had a small hamstring injury and COVID!! A terrible way to start. Before all that, his picture was posted as part of media day, which was cool.
He made the trip to Va Tech to run the 2nd race of the season. We were able to go see him. He ran well for first time after all that.....here are some pics.
We stayed overnight and then went to see him parade and attended the football game with him. It was a great time.
Abby got started well in school. Here is her school picture.
She also started decided to run middle school cross country. She had a good experience.....

First Invitational. Finished 10th. First medal!!
I was able to go see Andrew run the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh University. It was a nice day and fast racin day. He ran a PR of 26:04 for 8K. It was great to be there. Here are some pics
Abby finished her season well. She completed well and finished with her best time of 14:02 for 2 miles at the Gettysburg Invitational. It turned out to be a very good experience and it was fun to watch.

Andrew had the opportunity to run at the Southern Conference Championship race in Charleston, SC. He performed well. He was the second runner from VMI. I missed it, but, here are some pictures from the SOCON site.
Abby and I took a bike ride one fall afternoon. The Pennsylvania monument was open. We climbed to the top and had a great view of the battlefield. She had some Mr G's after....
Abby had friends over for Trick or Treat. She went at Dora. It was a little rainy, but warm enough. They had a great time and got alot of candy.
Andrew hit a milestone at VMI. The Ring Figure Ceremony is a big events for 2nds where they receive their VMI Rings. Rebekah and I were fortunate to make it down for the cermonies. There was a ball afterward.

We had a good Thanksgiving with local family. Lots to be thankful for this year.

Andrew is finishing up first semester. Abby has started swimming, will start having meets, holiday concerts, and working her way through first half of 7th grade.
